From the right setting to accommodation, food and the people on the ground who keep everything running: I bring together the pieces that carry your retreat. So you can focus fully on your participants and your programme, while everything around it just works.

Why Mallorca

Stone villages, ancient olive groves, the scent of the sea and that golden light in the evening. Mallorca sets the perfect scene for coming together all on its own: afternoons turn into evenings, shared time turns into lasting memories — and saying goodbye always comes a little too soon.
About me
The long way home.
I’m Anna. In 2024 I left my old life behind — the secure job, the big city and the path many considered sensible — and moved to Mallorca on my own. Without a safety net, but with one clear certainty: I finally wanted to build a life that feels like mine. Fewer expectations. More of what truly matters to me.
The island had held a special place in my life for a long time. When I first came here in 2014, it immediately felt like home. It just took a few years before I found the courage to follow that feeling.
Over more than 15 years in marketing and project management, I learned to understand people and what they need, to translate ideas into clear concepts and to bring them to life – structured, reliable and with an eye for the whole. Today I combine that experience with what has always meant the most to me: creating special experiences for people – here in Mallorca, the place that has long since become my home.
